SATco started as an independent trading company in Bahrain in 2010. Fourteen years later, the group operates across petrochemicals, construction materials, real estate, manufacturing, and digital — through 5 offices in Shenyang, Hong Kong, Bahrain, and Portugal, serving customers in 86 countries.

From a single office in Bahrain to three continents.
- 2010
Founded in Bahrain
SATco opens as an independent trading company in Manama, focused on construction materials and petroleum products for the Middle East.
- 2014
Shenyang headquarters
Group HQ moves to Shenyang, Liaoning. In-house manufacturing capacity opens for cement mixers (MIXTHOR) and stone, doors, and kitchens.
- 2018
European expansion
Porto and Algarve offices open. SATco Real Estate begins operations in Portugal; Digital 4 establishes its Lisbon-area integration practice.
- 2024
Eight businesses, three continents
Group structure formalised across eight specialist sub-brands operating from five offices, serving construction, energy, and real estate buyers in 86 countries.

Eight specialist business units operate under it — petrochemical, real estate, four construction sub-brands (StoneLux, DoorLux, KitchenLux, Trading), one digital integrator (Digital 4), and one OEM manufacturer (MIXTHOR). Each is led by domain experts; each shares the group's compliance, finance, and logistics infrastructure.
