Operating responsibility across the eight business units. Chairs the operations committee. Owns the group's manufacturing capacity in Shenyang and the EU commercial operations in Portugal.

Group finance, treasury, and audit. Oversees the Hong Kong finance hub, working capital across all eight BUs, and counterparty credit on the petrochemical desk.

Runs the 24/7 trading desk in Manama. Direct relationships with refineries across six origin countries. Owns sanctions, KYC, and the RFQ pipeline.
