Procurement-as-a-service for construction.
SATco Trading is the procurement arm of the SATco construction stack. We hold relationships with the manufacturers our clients would have to negotiate with one by one — and we hold them at the volume that gets the prices and lead times they need.
We trade where we don't manufacture. Stone, doors, kitchens, and cement mixers are made in-house by sister sub-brands. Everything else — structural steel, rebar, mesh, water tanks, SPC flooring, hardware, chemical bushings — is sourced through SATco Trading from selected manufacturers, with full documentation and on-time delivery into 86 countries.
Product lines
What we trade.
Seven core lines, expanded on demand. Each line is sourced from a manufacturer we've worked with for years; substitutions are only made on the buyer's request.
Structural steel
H-beams, I-beams, channel, angle, and plate. EN/ASTM standards. Mill-test certificates with every shipment.
Rebar steel
Deformed and plain bars in B500B, BS4449, and ASTM A615 grades. Cut-and-bend service available against bar bending schedules.
BRC welded mesh
Standard and custom-grid welded wire mesh for slabs, walls, and ground beams. Sheet sizes to project spec.
Cistern tanks
HDPE potable-water tanks 500–10,000 L. NSF-61 grade where required. Standard and custom fittings.
SPC flooring
Stone-plastic-composite click-system flooring with realistic wood and stone décors. Class 33 commercial wear layer available.
Chemical bushings
Chemical anchoring resin bushings for post-installed structural fixings. EN 1992-4 compliance documentation included.
Door hardware
Hinges, mortice locks, electronic locks, closers, and access-control hardware. Compatible with the DoorLux frame programme.
Logistics
From the mill to your port.
Trading without logistics is just sourcing. We coordinate the whole chain — and we name the people in it.
Named ports
Loading from Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Dalian, and Lianyungang. Discharge into your port of choice with confirmed agents.
Container loading
Container loading plans for FCL, mixed FCL, and LCL. Loading reports and CCTV available on request.
Documentation
Bill of lading, packing list, certificate of origin, mill-test certificates, and any project-specific paperwork (CARB, CE, EN) included.

Send us your bill of materials.
We quote against a complete BOM in two business days. Items we don't trade get flagged and routed to a sister SATco sub-brand or to a vetted external supplier.
